Flameproof / Fire Resistant or Fire-Retardant fabrics are those fabrics that have been specially treated to pass certain FR Standards.
Plain / Jamawar wool shawls can be hand-washed in cold water with a mild detergent. Embroidered Shawls should only be dry-cleaned.
Wool Fabrics are made from worsted yarns and have a simple or a complex woven pattern. The wool fabrics can be used in constructing clothes or decorator.
Tweed is worsted yarn fabric woven on a handloom thus also called 'Handloom Tweed'. It is a traditionally woven and a heavy woollen outerwear fabric.
Mr.Kashmiri Lal Khanna established the Company in 1975, with the aim to manufacture & export Textile Fabrics. Prior to that all operations were in the export of Tea to Afghanistan & Morrocco under the name of Kashmiri Lal Kasturi Lal & Co., which had been in business since the 1940’s. When the present Company was incorporated, the two businesses were amalgamated.
